Who is using it currently? Do you have any live clients and are their employees using it frequently? 00:55:12 Eileen Donnelly - What Works Wellbeing: Hastee 00:56:09 Sean Russell: is there any correlation with the upper age group supporting the younger family members more so the 18-24yrs don't feel so stretched? 00:57:12 Alaana Woods: There are more calls to the EAP regarding financial concerns than prior to lockdown. 01:16:09 Elizabeth Preece: Many thanks. Organisations tend to ‘box’ up their workforces (Managers, Supervisors, production staff, admin team etc) for training purposes which includes resilience and stress management etc. From what I see managers are equally (sometimes more) affected by the impact of Covid restrictions but often are not offered access to training sessions as perception is they won’t struggle with mental health issues. How best can we change this perspective? 01:19:37 Nancy Hey: great question on managers - often the evidence points to the importance of managers for wellbeing of staff but CIPD found middle mangers often in worst physical & mental health and we see a big middle age dip in overall wellbeing 01:21:37 Sean Russell: really keen to explore the middle manager further. lots of really good experience with organisations such as ACAS to deliver approaches for managers to help them look after themselves. i always try to think about who looks after the people who care 01:23:52 Alaana Woods: Thank you for such an interesting discussion, I am sorry to miss the end. 01:24:14 Sean Russell: i use THIS is Me which is a free toolkit to support this agenda and i have a network of 110 companies in the region who are working to improve this. 01:25:14 Joanne Smithson: Hi Sean - is there a link you can share to this? 01:27:26 Sean Russell: wmca.org.uk/thisisme or https://www.thelordmayorsappeal.org/a-healthy-city/ 01:32:07 Sean Russell: just be careful it doesn't collapse :-) 01:32:53 James Herbert: a number of you have asked for the link to our new study... https://www.hastee.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/WWS20-HASTEE-Final.pdf 01:33:58 Richard Caddis: thank you for your questions Elizabeth 01:36:01 Laura Wood: is there a link to the thrive at work toolkit? 01:36:50 Catherine Dobson: I have found that a lot of the programmes, tools, assessments are designed for office-based roles; what kind of materials are suitable for the manufacturing sector? 01:38:27 Monica Acheampong: 3. https://eur01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fthriveldn.co.uk%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2020%2F07%2FThrive-LDN-Toolkit-%25E2%2580%2593-Workplace-Wellbeing-v0.2.docx&data=02%7C01%7CMonica.Acheampong%40phe.gov.uk%7C29c488b3dc5746d4314a08d865fe910e%7Cee4e14994a354b2ead475f3cf9de8666%7C0%7C0%7C637371491491592560&sdata=h1lq7yuBpOiJ8KsmlMoqzt%2Fi5hcoeDm%2F1w%2BJB8CfPII%3D&reserved=0 01:38:59 Eileen Donnelly - What Works Wellbeing: Thank you Monica 01:40:37 Nancy Hey: Every Mind Matters is here https://www.nhs.uk/oneyou/every-mind-matters/ 01:42:00 Tricia, What Works Wellbeing: You can also sign up for the Centre's 12-week email series that focusses on support and guidance for employers: https://whatworkswellbeing.org/category/work/ 01:42:05 Richard Caddis: for MSK - IOSH have some great ergonomic resources and the HSE priorities are also great places to start. and second the construction resources 01:44:27 Tricia, What Works Wellbeing: Thanks everyone, some food for thought, and great questions! 01:44:59 Monica Acheampong: Thank you for organising.
