Music, making connections, and mental health: insights from the Carer's Music Fund

Since September 2019, Spirit of 2012’s Carers’ Music Fund projects have been engaging women carers across the UK in music activities. As a learning and insight partner, we at the Centre are bringing out the insights on what the pathways to improved wellbeing have been.

This is our latest in the evaluation outputs for the project: a 25-min podcast packed with music and learning for commissioners and those delivering participatory music-making activities.
