Fit as a Fiddle! Wellbeing for older people

Age UK is working across England to provide older people with access to a tailored package of community support to help improve their wellbeing,  keeping them out of GP surgeries and in their own homes and happy.

The Fit as a Fiddle portfolio includes projects with a focus on dementia, training older people as volunteer buddies to encourage their peers to lead healthy lifestyles, and integrating local services and activities.

This video focuses on the work of one of the local Age UK’s involved in Fit as a Fiddle, Age UK Rotherham. It includes interviews with some of the beneficiaries involved in the Fit for Future project.
