  • How can businesses develop the investment case for a wellbeing strategy and make sure that it is implemented and measured effectively?

Crises tend to stimulate a change in thinking and there is no doubt that Covid-19 has accelerated the focus on wellbeing. It has become a key metric in the levelling up agenda, employers are more engaged in supporting their workforce, and the marketplace for wellbeing interventions is growing.
In this Business Leaders’ Council webinar, we heard from the Chair of our Board and CIPD CEO, Peter Cheese in discussion with Andy Holmes, Reckitt Benckiser’s Global Head of Wellbeing.
    They talked about:

    • Taking an integrated approach to wellbeing strategy, implementation and measurement to achieve greater psychological safety, performance and productivity.
